5By Social Media LoverMy food issues are DEEP and I truly thought this book would not help. Throughout the read, I had doubts. But as soon as I finished, I stopped craving all my usual comforting junk foods. My fridge is filled with fruits and veggies! I’m only 3 days in but I feel free and don’t obsess over food 24/7. Wow!
