The reason for this is because you desire nothing more than for the children of God to be taken care of, to be nurtured, and to be taken care of correctly.

A shepherd does not choose his flock, but rather the flock chooses him, and as someone who is called to be a pastor, you need to learn how to avoid the pitfalls, and how to take care of your sheep.
