Description
Now an original movie on Prime Video starring Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine!
When Solène Marchand, the thirty-nine-year-old owner of a prestigious art gallery in Los Angeles, takes her daughter, Isabelle, to meet her favorite boy band, she does so reluctantly and at her ex-husband’s request. The last thing she expects is to make a connection with one of the members of the world-famous August Moon. But Hayes Campbell is clever, winning, confident, and posh, and the attraction is immediate. That he is all of twenty years old further complicates things.
What begins as a series of clandestine trysts quickly evolves into a passionate relationship. It is a journey that spans continents as Solène and Hayes navigate each other’s disparate worlds: from stadium tours to international art fairs to secluded hideaways in Paris and Miami. And for Solène, it is as much a reclaiming of self, as it is a rediscovery of happiness and love. When their romance becomes a viral sensation, and both she and her daughter become the target of rabid fans and an insatiable media, Solène must face how her new status has impacted not only her life, but the lives of those closest to her.

Whoa!!
5By JodieGirl18Maybe more than any book I’ve ever read, this felt autobiographical. Great praise for the author’s ability to capture this exact life experience so poignantly and precisely. I cried, I laughed out loud. The dialogue…genius. All of it, perfection. What a great book!
5By Prudence702This is such a fun read. It’s a great escape.Love it!
5By Yesica 💜Loved the book! I can’t wait to read more of her work. 💛Part 2??
5By hfgghghbdhgdhjcThe ending killed me…I want a part 2!!Disappointing ending
2By MarianaaaclHaving read the book because of the movie trailer, the aspect of romance and spiciness of this book is great! Truly descriptive scenes that made you feel like you were watching the story play out. I loved it, up until the end when it abruptly ended. Maybe it’s because I’m American, and we expect happy endings, but the “French” ending was disappointing. I hope the movie ends differently.Great book, Terrible ending
4By She6000I loved this book but the ending was too abrupt.Wanted to Love
3By Carebear ExpressI really wanted to love this book. I read books to leave the world behind. The political stuff could’ve been left out. It wasn’t necessary to the plot of the story. I absolutely hated the ending. It was rushed, and BAM, over. No epilogue, nothing. Even if it’s sad, wrap it up nicely.Deliciously beautiful
5By Afi1985I loved everything. EVERYTHING. I was so sad when it ended but wow what a ride. Enjoy the read. It’s sweet and intense and everything.Amazing
5By BMerRocAmazing from beginning to end and I absolutely have to know what happens next!!Love/hate this book
5By AllieCha86Ok so I loved this book!! The character dynamics and chemistry build up was everything. This book made me feel and I was rooting for them as a couple. When I made it to the end, I was left speechless and thought surely I’m missing some pages, but nope! This book left me stunned and wanting more. It took me mere 30 minutes to process it while in a fit of tears. Ugh highly recommend it nonetheless…but be prepared it will ruin you and you will be thinking of this book for a long time!
