If you haven't discovered Kathy Ivan's New Orleans Connection series, you owe it to yourself to make the acquaintance of the honorable, trustworthy and sexy-as-sin Alpha males who are on duty with Carpenter Security Services. Every book is a cat and mouse adventure with plenty of hidden danger and high stakes intrigue that makes me feel like I'm riding the highest roller coaster on the planet and I've got an all day pass. This author guarantees a larger-than-life storyline with twists and turns galore that I always gobble up in one sitting because I find it impossible to put the book down until the case is solved and the hero and heroine are doing the happily-ever-after horizontal mambo. This series is the bomb! I read a complimentary copy of this book and the opinions expressed in my voluntary review are completely my own.
