5By JsjudaExcellent too great to quit readingReal Cowboy for Christmas
5By sbsbrinsonLoved this tender but fierce, crazy but sane at the same time love story. It’s a sad sad story of unknown and broken family and the fierce love they have for family and the once in a lifetime love of Dane and Jaime.Loved it!
5By BmartogoReally loved this book. Heartfelt and well written. Though it’s short, and thus feels a bit rushed, the core of love at first sight and strong family makes it work.Jaimi and Dane
3By Montanafilly73I thought the apprehensions Jaimi displayed were a little over the top. Good thing Dane was a patient man. And one whole day of knowing each other and you’re in love? Hmmmm. But over all, it was a sweet story.Fabulous!
5By mollysandyI just loved the story!I love this series, but this book....
3By Hope in GulfportI have thoroughly enjoyed each of the Stocktons’ stories. This one , however, could have been immensely better had the author had the love story part taking place over several days or longer. I mean, in less than 15 hours the two are talking marriage and her with a 6 year old??!! As a responsible mother, whose character was created by the author, she goes against her character by going to his bed 7 hours after they met with her daughter in the next room!! And, the sheriff is the one who falls in love with her in 3 hours???!!! A responsible, supposedly mature, should-be-skeptical-of-strangers man in a position of authority moving into an intimate relationship without checking her backstory??!!! Utterly ridiculous. If it could be re-written over a few more days or weeks, it would be so much more realistic. Other than those character discrepancies, I enjoyed the book.A real Cowboy for Christmas
