4By 323ELAnne Tyler gets it; why people float through life without examining what they really want. She has a lovely way of letting us admire her characters and what makes them human. Clock Dance was one of those novels that make you root for an unfocused protagonist. I only wish Ms. Tyler had made Willa choose her path instead of making us imagine.Still waiting for something to happen

I am surprised at the readers who disliked Clock Dance. Anne Tyler always has a good story to tell and this one will be one of my favorites. Wonderful characters and setting. And the ending was just right. If you are an Anne Tyler fan you will like this story. I enjoyed it from the first page to the last. I feel like I have left all those interesting people and want to know how their lives turn out. Great read👏Another great book by Anne Tyler
