4By Jaymy M.A fun read with just enough heat to flame the path through each chapter. This couple is hit by attraction as strong as the cables holding the elevate the meet and get stuck in. Rescued before they can swap information, fate brings them together for charity. I like that the author does not throw them together in a glass slipper fit, but in stead more or less shoehorns their lives together. She's a successful, single organization expert who moved cross country to escape her divorced parents very ugly sniping and fighting. He's a firefighter with two kids and an ex-wife whose remarried, expecting a baby and his BFF. Her life is precise, scheduled to the minute in multiple color coded charts and calendars, no room for clutter. His is constantly changing to fit each new situation, sometimes minute to minute -- the definition of a happy mess. These two lifestyles do not easily combine. There's bound to be some serious obstacles crop up, no matter how great they are together un bed or how much they begin to care about the other. It's real. It's messy. It's life. 4By PattiA810A great romance between a divorced father of two and a career oriented woman. They each have plans and priorities so, it is an exciting story to watch how not every plan works and how priorities shift to allow room for love. As always the Boston Fire crew is fun, exciting and hot!
