5By tianajoelleNot only did James Clear provide a better perspective on how to view and approach my habits to ensure I change the bad ones to good ones, he gave simple, easy action steps along the way. Much needed! Having the knowledge and understanding first and then also being guided on HOW to go about making those changes, makes all the difference. I’ve already started applying several of these habit laws and have noticed an improvement in my habits. I’m excited to continue getting 1% better every day and compounding my success in various parts of my life. (For perspective on my review, I’m a mid-30’s female entrepreneur whose biggest challenge has been time management and juggling the duties of all the hats I currently wear in my business.) Loved this book, highly recommended! Definitely a staple piece on my digital bookcase now.
