5By Stanhop3234I loved this book! Beast and Hattie are the perfect pair. Hattie is probably one of the strongest heroines that I’ve read in a long time. She knows what she wants and she wants Beast. To bad he really doesn’t understand that he wants her, but will not let himself have her. He does all he can to push her away and keep her safe. What he does not know is she just might be the one to save and protect him. Not a stand alone book. You must read Wicked and the Wallflower first.Worth the wait!

1By EparReaderI’ve given up on SM books. It’s not really a historical romance, it’s labeled under historical but it has the tone, dialogue and actions of a contemporary romance. This is not what takes place during that era or how people acted either. I could tell from just the sample that I read that this was going to be the same as some of her past romances. The story and characers actions just was too far fetched. And it seemed to be repetive and slow in many spots.Brazen and The Beast

Loved the quips and imperfect characters. Loved the how the characters strengthened each other and the story. I guess I can say I just LOVED it all! 5By oo4chelleI was so looking forward to reading this book after Devil and Felicity's story, but I am sadly disappointed. It was just too much. Too many sidelines and so much extra "stuff" that really detracted from the story in my opinion. I got bored with it and skipped pages and pages. Whit was really kind of boring and Hattie was entirely too predictable and the story just dragged on and on. It was not what I was hoping for. I probably won't read the third book. Ewan and Grace's story doesn't hold any appeal for me after this.
