5By RockyMtnManiacMichael G. Manning’s new novel dynamically expands on what has gone before and totally reinvents the reader’s perspective on life, the universe and everything. Magic. Wow! The whole arcana is brilliantly crafted and intricately detailed. There’s always some new and fascinating aspect to explore. As for the host of characters, well never fear they are all given their time on stage and you’ll be treated to an incredible range of growth, loss, enlightenment, and revelation. The author has truly crafted a group of unique and varied personalities that coexist and interact in fascinating ways. A whole lot happens in this book. To even describe any specifics would cheapen the adventure. I pretty much read it in one big gulp because I literally couldn’t wait to find out what happens next. The entire series is on my must read list and The Severed Realm joins the rest. Great tale!
