I liked the plot of this book for its uniqueness but the beginning didn’t grab me and pull me in right away. But, I’m glad I stuck with this one because of its different flavor of paranormal romance. That being said, in my opinion, there was an abundance of self-confidence and self-doubt issues that permeated the story making the story drag on while the book ended quickly seemingly leaving out some needed details. This is my opinion and the choice to read is yours.

This was one that was hard to put down. Very exciting!

I really enjoyed these characters and the back story behind them all. Who wouldn’t love a group of sexy fallen angels who fight demons to save the world! Who just happen to find their one true mates. Can’t wait to read Zeno’s book next. I would have gave 5 stars but there were some places that dragged on too much. Laz fighting his connection and struggling to feel worthy of Eve got a bit overly drawn out I think. And there were some pages missing closer to the end of each chapter with nothing on them. I had to scroll 4-5 pages to get to the next chapter at the end of the book. But in all I still enjoyed the read.

This is Eve’s and Laz’s story. It’s kind of sad at first because Laz is so filled with guilt that he doesn’t believe he deserves Eve. And on top of that he has to go after one of their own that’s turned totally demon. And poor Eve got special abilities that are making the others go wonky. And more demons are coming through the portals.Good second book in the series. Though the first was a prequel.

OMG this book dragged on and on with whole mate thing, you want her she wants you too and you act like a 13 year old boy. These books must have been written by that same 13 year old.

Powerful and Very sexy!

I am one of those pople tha judges a book by it’s cover. WhenI saw the cover for this I thought the book art was kind of cool, but as I read half of hte book I just felt like it was the same thing overe and over. The hero spends the whole time fighting his attraction. He thinks he scares the heroine, she thinks he doesn’t like her. I don’t know, it could have been better.

This book had a lot of potential but it just dragged onnn and onnnnnnn. Not worth it
