Chico Sanchez arrives at his London Soho hotel apart from the pressure from Ricoh Angeles to pay him for his drug delivery he gets news of the FBI raiding his ship in the Hong Kong Kowloon dock finding and confiscating Ricoh Angeles drug supplies. Which creates a serious of cash flow problems. His drug dealers and associates demand their supplies and money.
The FBI and London police move in and the income from the sale of drugs, hostess’s and prostitution fees together with the casino money laundering also ceases. Giving Doug Mansfield, the Hotel Manager has a serious daily cash problem.
The pressure builds, and traumatic changes occur. Madam Sofia begins to dominate the story. And in Chico’s absence she assumes control making changes to keep the hotel and Casino legally operational.
Self-protection and fear amongst most of the casino staff and management creates a reaction, sex, drugs and murder prevail. Stocks of drugs and laundered money are found in the office and the casino management is arrested.
Chico’s organisation is falling apart, and the Mexican drug cartel associates act to collect their multi-million-dollar debt.
With Chico’s drug supplies and Ricoh Angelo’s arms shipment now in the hands of the FBI, Chico accepts that he now can’t pay without the sale of those drugs and decides to get back to his Los Angeles office and deal with the problem there.
The hotel manager Doug Mansfield about to resign is given a new mandate by Sofia. He manages to get his act together and gets his departmental under management to cooperate and produce a marketing plan to revive the hotels image.
Sofia and her management colleagues are now involved in the management of the hotel generally and a lot of changes must now be made. A large amount of prostitution and drug cash had been uncovered by Darren in an offshore account. He keeps that information to himself. Later it provides a funding opportunity to assist Sofia in reorganising the hotels and corporate business. Which again in our next book 3, create changes in Los Angeles with dramatic consequences .
