This cookbook is in English in theory only. If you understand Chinese grammar you might be able to piece together a recipe but otherwise, not a chance. If this was an actual translation it would probably be a great book. It appears to be a google translation without any proofreading. There are garbled phrases that seem like there may actually something very interesting in the original books but it's essentially unintelligible. It's really too bad.
