Dani (Dandelion) Wright has taken over her family’s flower shop and in town is the West family flower shop. Jacob West has returned to town after being very successful in NYC to help in his family flower shop after his father had a stroke. Dani has loved Jacob since grade school but he broke her heart in high school on top of that their parent hate each other. Dani and Jacob romance sizzle in The Petal Plucker and then throw in a flower arrangement competition where both Dani and Jacob want to win. I highly recommend reading this book and l am looking forward to the next book in the series. 4By PattiA810A fun and quirky romance with rioting emotions and a whole lot of heart with the entire cast of characters. Dani and Jacob have known each since they were five years old and Dani has loved Jacob for more than two decades. There are good memories as well as bad ones in their past. With the story told from Dani's point of view we are not privy to Jacob's thoughts or feelings about anything. So, it's a bit frustrating not understanding the hot and cold behavior Jacob displays. You're just as much in the dark as Dani. Despite all that, their friendship evolves and feelings grow big and take root until, it comes crashing down. It may be too much for love to conquer all. This romance is about family, trust and your true love having your back...always. I highly recommend this book.
