Wow, what a story! There are so many twist, turns, and backwards deals going on with the characters, that it leaves you guessing until the end. The only thing you know is that you can trust Sarah and Owen and you want them to make it through. If you like mystery, suspense, and romance, I highly recommend this book.

This story is compelling and there was never a moment when I could guess who the bad guy was before it was revealed. The author certainly does a great job of keeping you on your toes. With that said, this wasn’t exactly an easy read. The story was told from so many people’s perspectives, with so many characters backstories, and so many side plots that really weren’t relevant to the main plot that it was frequently hard to follow. Two separate murder plots felt gratuitous, and made the whole things very chaotic. Still, a very good story and worth a read!
