5By Austin jay ZGrace and Grit is the first movie to have produced these types of feelings in me. I felt such fluid, jazzy and wave-like energies in my chest but with a sort of pressure build up, a buzz in my heart and a tension in my throat. Mena Suvari’s performance caught my entire body and wouldn’t let me go even if I wanted to, my eyes were GLUED and my whole body was pulled in. And I have to give thanks to Sebastian’s style of directing because that’s what helped enable this immersion of investment that I got myself into. His directing catered to my being and triggered activations within myself. I need movies that make me FEEL, with DEEP meaning. I thank Sebastian for his contribution to film and humanity and I am looking forward to hearing about his next quest. Aloha.Must watch!
