Don’t miss Matt Haig’s latest instant New York Times besteller, The Life Impossible, available now
Somewhere out beyond the edge of the universe there is a library that contains an infinite number of books, each one the story of another reality. One tells the story of your life as it is, along with another book for the other life you could have lived if you had made a different choice at any point in your life. While we all wonder how our lives might have been, what if you had the chance to go to the library and see for yourself? Would any of these other lives truly be better?
In The Midnight Library, Matt Haig's enchanting blockbuster novel, Nora Seed finds herself faced with this decision. Faced with the possibility of changing her life for a new one, following a different career, undoing old breakups, realizing her dreams of becoming a glaciologist; she must search within herself as she travels through the Midnight Library to decide what is truly fulfilling in life, and what makes it worth living in the first place.

5By Economan1This book will lift anyone’s mood.Beautifully written in ease way
5By PleasePeachPeteJust finished The Midnight Library by Matt Haig, and it left me deeply reflective. It explores the multiverse of “what ifs” with emotional and philosophical depth, resonating with anyone who’s ever questioned their life choices. The idea of exploring alternate versions of oneself is both haunting and beautiful. A beautifully written reminder that even our regrets can lead to meaning.Regrets
2By starshine316No sooner after I bought the book and read the first chapter I regretted buying it. It’s a good storyline kinda reminds me of the Christmas Carol. It’s very much like the Christmas Carol. I thought I would like it. I had high hopes to like the book because of the content and looking at life if you chose a different life, which is kind of what I’m going through now. But the story didn’t interest me. I pretty much rushed to read the book since I paid for it and I wasn’t gonna waste money and not read it. Maybe others will like it or liked it, but it wasn’t for me.Beautiful
4By Jinnae WThe midnight library either is loved or hated. i think the storyline is so beautiful and has so many layers too it. some parts of the book are boring but it allows you to really understand the MC.Inspiring
5By NikkaK.This book is a perspective changer. If you have ever dwelled on what could have been or deeply regretted something and these thoughts eat at you… I highly encourage you to take a leap of faith and read this book. Although fiction, it makes you take a look at your life in a different light. Brilliant. Inspiring. An easy & enduring read
5By JBird31Stumbled upon Midnight Library and ended up loving it. I tend to be someone that wonders about all of the lives I could live, and loved the sense of belonging in the present this book showed. Would definitely recommend.Entertaining

5By SunStarEyeMy Granddaughter, Alex, gave this book to me to help me transition back into my life. Shortly after Nora found herself in the Midnight Library, surprisingly, I felt an awakening. As I continued to read, and understand, I stepped back into the Movie of my root life. I relished every chapter, looking forward each day to the next. This wonderful book means so much to me. I am eternally grateful for it.I just needed a little more
4By Ps26:5The concept of this book is so unique and different and is probably what kept me engaged throughout. But I struggled to like Nora and root for her. Something was missing for me in how her character was developed.Beautiful!
5By irun2xsVery uplifting storyIs this written
2By Whim1954By a child for a child? After a few chapters I couldn’t take it anymore and had to bounce out and cloud 9 it.Almost chose death out of boredom
1By bcstorytellerI still like the title but that is about the only positive thing I have to say about this book. Rarely do I give up on a book without finishing, but in keeping with the message of this book delivered in blunt, repetitive, awkward prose and steeped in trite psycho babble, I did not want to have to regret having used up another minute of my life lapping up this pablum. This book wants to be deep but it comes off as Wikipedia level dissertation on the meaning of life that is so repetitive and obvious that I found myself flipping through pages trying to find plot, before giving up in the face of the upcoming obvious ending about three quarters of the way through.
