5By ModKing1Freed is everything we have come to love about the Steel Brothers saga. There was a bit of drama, a bit of sadness, quite a bit of pain and OH THE HEAT!!! Dale and Ashley were a smokin' couple to begin with but in Freed they truly turn up the heat! There were a few twists and turns that had me gasping (sorry no spoilers) but you will just love this continuation!! I love how much Dale and Ashley mirror Talon and Jade's relationship. It was a bit of a full circle moment during some of the conversations between Dale and Talon. I cannot wait for Spark this Fall! I am interested to see which of the two Steels who are hinted at will be the focus!! Enjoy the ride everyone!Another great read in the Steel saga!
5By cardionurse19This is the next installment of the Steel brothers saga. I keep thinking that the storyline is finished only to read that it really isn't. Helen Hardt takes us back to Dale Steel and his struggle. He's haunted and although we think we know the reason, we really don't. Dale Steel does not think he is worthy of love. He loves Ashley but feels that love is not forever and that their time together will be short. We really get to understand his psyche and examine his fear. Ashley is the woman who loves him. His struggle is her struggle too. She wants to build a life with him but he won't open up. We see Ashley's strength but the love she has for Dale is palpable. Just when I think Dale's story is over, Helen Hardt reels me in again and now I must wait for the next book in the series! Read this series. It's a page turner. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I will be anxiously waiting the next book in the series.WOW!

Can Dale confront his demons and be able to have a “normal” relationship with Ashley? Can Ashley handle all that Dale has gone through? It will take a strong couple to get through this emotional landmine. Just when Dale and Ashley get their happily ever after, another twist seems to be around the corner!
