"Like a true friendship, The Clover Girls is a novel you will forever savor and treasure." —Mary Alice Monroe, New York Times bestselling author
Elizabeth, Veronica, Rachel and Emily met at Camp Birchwood as girls in 1985, where over four summers they were the Clover Girls—inseparable for those magical few weeks of freedom—until the last summer that pulled them apart. Now approaching middle age, the women are facing challenges they never imagined as teens, struggles with their marriages, their children, their careers, and wondering who it is they see when they look in the mirror.
Then Liz, V and Rachel each receive a letter from Emily with devastating news. She implores the girls who were once her best friends to reunite at Camp Birchwood one last time, to spend a week together revisiting the dreams they’d put aside and repair the relationships they’d allowed to sour. But the women are not the same idealistic, confident girls who once ruled Camp Birchwood, and perhaps some friendships aren’t meant to last forever…
USA TODAY bestselling author Viola Shipman is at her absolute best with The Clover Girls. Readers of all ages and backgrounds will love its powerful, redemptive nature and the empowering message at its heart.

The Clover Girls
2By crtmusicguruPetty plot. Immature characters and repetitive situations. I had high hopes for this book but the “life altering betrayals “ were laughable. I couldn’t even finish it.Decent book
5By бюдлбббджджжжжжжжжзхххжххххххLiked the book overall.Brings back memories of summer camp
5By Ranger AnnLoved remembering summer camp and the friendship’s made. It was always so hard leaving the last day.Should have been better!
2By FleeRNThis book features four emotionally stunted, narcissistic women. They treat each other badly and complain about their lives. Supposedly great friends since spending a summer camp together as children, they don’t speak to each other for years. Of course, one dies of cancer and brings the remaining three back together. Just a poorly written book………A great summer read
5By akbairdRemember your summer camp days? Viola Shipman brings back all the memories and drama of summer camp in the 80’s! What happens when the Clover Girls reunite as adults after the death of one of them? Will it be smooth sailing or will the drama continue? Viola Shipman so accurately describes the intricacies of friendships and how they can change and grow as you age. Friends can come and go, but it’s the true friends who build you up and help you navigate life! Make sure you add this book to your TBR pile, one not to be missed! A great book club pick!
