Description
Jackson “Jax” Caruso’s parents fought for the Independents. They lost. Twenty years later, he’s just trying to keep flying. After all, food and, more importantly, beer ain’t free. He’s got a fast ship, two droids, and not much else. So when he’s approached about a job that seems perfect, he pulls in some friends, ok, more like acquaintances, and sets off. Seems like a simple job, doing something good for folks that can’t do for themselves. Maybe it’s time Jax re-thinks his ‘any job will do’ motto. Learning that your client isn’t who you thought they were can suck. Finding out that you’re the bad guy can be just the nudge you need to do the right thing. Is it enough for Jax? The money is really good, after all.

5By LordBronMy favorite bits are the parts with the robots. This is how I picture robots of the future, for sure.Great story line but...
4By mgb11184I liked the story line and the characters. Not so thrilled by the unnecessary bi-sexual sub-plot between Jackson and Steve. Didn’t need to have a sexual tension element there to further the plot.
