5By CSynBerSuperstar Quarterback Donovan Hunt and Reporter Kamara Powell were not exactly friends but they weren’t enemies either. Kamara was the best friend of Donovan’s sister and for years they have ignored the sparks in their relationship. Donovan was a ladies man but kept his eyes on Kamara’s love life. At points in the story, Donovan came off as immature and hotheaded but he loved with passion and loyalty. Once Donovan was able to articulate and sort out his feelings for Kamara, the trappings of his status started to take a toll on their relationship….his football rivals, the media, the championship, old girlfriends, wanna be girlfriends all came out of the woodwork. The question is will Donovan be able to handle these challenges differently or will he buckle under pressure when he has so much to lose? I totally enjoyed this entertaining story.
