I get we need to emphasize some things. But this was excessive.

I related, as a single woman. What if I “met someone “ during the lockdown? Great details and a twisted crime plot!

Was so excited to read a book about the lockdown with a murder mystery. Non of the characters were even likable.

What we all went through in 2020 has become so normal for us now. But when it all began, the confusion the disbelief is fascinating to revisit with this book. Oliver and Ciara may b too cheesy but I love Lee and Karl more. Their banter was funny and I felt like I have seen these ppl on TV. The ending was too good.
  • It wasn’t too soon for a COVID book.

I was very hesitant to read this book. I wasn’t sure if it was too soon to be reading a book about lockdown, but I honestly found this book to be so interesting! It got me thinking, there were twists and turns, and it was interesting. I am so glad I read it!

I don’t know where to begin with how much I loved this book. Very intriguing concept for this story. I wasn’t sure I wanted to go back to that claustrophobic pandemic lockdown feeling but thought I’d give it a go. The characters in this story felt like neighbors you would observe from afar and think you know what’s going on in their lives when you actually had no clue! Ollie and Ciara will continue to remain in my thoughts for quite some time I’m sure. You will not regret buying this book. This author is new to me so I will definitely be reading more of their work. Thanks for great storytelling!
