Description

This alien bought a date at a charity auction. Now he thinks he owns her.
Purchased by a prince
When the Intergalactic Dating Agency hires Georgie to plan the first ever human-alien matchmaking soiree, Georgie thinks a charity auction for the local animal shelter will be the perfect ice-breaker. But to get the local singles to participate, she has to set an example, so she offers herself as one of the dates.
What she doesn’t expect is for her alien buyer to be so freakin’ hot. A few drinks in, and Georgie finds herself alone on a spaceship with a blue-skinned, muscle-bound male.
Misunderstood matchmaking
The Kirenai shapeshifters are known for the pleasure they give their bedmates, and Prince Arazhi is no exception. When his family insists it’s time for him to produce an heir, the last thing he wants is a jealous, power-hungry female weighing him down, so he heads to Earth. Human females are supposed to be pliant and fertile, willing to bear children without permanent bonds.
There, he spots a female with a regal bearing that makes his blood thrum hot. Better yet, it appears that she’s for sale.
But when Georgie not only refuses to be owned but also claims to be barren, Arazhi must choose. Will he follow his heart, or fulfill his duty?

Join the fun in this dating auction gone wrong! Protective, possessive alien shifters carry human women away to adventures on alien planets where they fall hard and fast for their mates. Full of cute and funny moments, futuristic scifi action, and lots of spicy smutt.

This is the first book in the Kirenal Fated Mates Series. I found the story interesting and a quick read. I am looking forward to reading others in the series.

A fun read I couldn’t put down! Introduced us to the world of the Kirenai and the Prince Arazhi needing to find someone to produce an heir. Of course, it’s not that simple and the reason for needing an heir ASAP brings the prince to Earth. The female counterpart being confident and sassy enough while seeming to be genuine with her own insecurities. Add in some Kirenai turmoil, action/suspense and some good steam, and I was hooked! Can’t wait to read the rest of the series! I so enjoy this author and her style of writing. Highly recommend
  • A good twist on a popular trope…

The women of Earth must be universal breeders. A well used trope but I still like it. This one has three strong animal loving women with Georgie as our first heroine, and she just happens to catch to eye of an alien Prince who needs an heir in the worst way. Yep, read it before, but Arazhi is a pretty unique alien and though he’s not any more sensitive or Alpha than some of the others the storytelling brings you into their world and grabs your heart. For a short sci-fi romance this is a good one.

This is my first story by this author. It kept my interest and I can’t wait to learn more about the universe she has created.

I received this book as an ARC copy. However, this is my honest opinion. I was not expecting to come out of this book thinking that a character that can turn into a bowl of blue jelly was sexy. I was, obviously, wrong! The premise of the book was cute. There is a charity auction that our heroine gets to host and plan. Unfortunately, the ‘charity’ part is lost in translation and our hot blue alien prince thinks he’s buying himself a bride! The misconception is very quickly resolved, thankfully. There are some steamy scenes that are balanced by a good bit of action. I really enjoyed it. I wish it had been a bit longer but it was still a lot of fun!
