The Rider Files Collection, Books 3&4

Amazing! Absolutely AMAZING! CB Samet continues to draw you in! I have not read many series that will continue the story, not letting you forget the previous characters and stories, and not make you feel like the reminder is out of place in the story. The stories continue to grip you and draw you in. There is not one moment the story gets boring, it just gets harder and harder to put the book down! You absolutely have to check out the Rider Files and allow yourself to be carried away into the suspense, action and mystery…and of course the romance. I cannot wait to see what the Rider SI team will do next!

A nail biter and a sigh maker... I could not put this book down! These characters are so well painted we feel like we know them. Mica McMillian is well suited to her childhood moniker of "Wonder Woman". She is smart, well trained, and has a moral compass that points true north. But this story is about David too, a healer trying to help people. When they come together they are both wary and this reads realistically. Their romance is slow, sweet and action packed, but only part of the huge storyline filled with mystery and suspense. Anyone who likes James Bond or Alias this book is for you! It’s the Geek Girl’s time to shine... Claire the hacker, the computer whiz, the gamer not only comes up with some 007 type crime fighting hacks, she gets the guy. Drake may not be ex-military or law enforcement but he sure looks the part. With his stuntman’s skills, some smart thinking on the fly and “actor” confidence hopefully he can make up for earlier errorsand impress Claire’s family of choice. The whole Rider SI team has to come together in their attempt to finally take down baddie Lucius Titan. Sometimes what we see them doing is not what’s going on, so we get some happy surprises. The plotting and planning is played out rather than explained which makes reading this book sort of like watching a movie while you read, love that. The romance is subtle and Maxine Rider along with Claire has a guy courting her affections. This story has been building through previous books so it is big and fun and exciting and a cool ride, don’t miss it.
