Challenging us to think differently of the commonplace and once mundane aspects and habits of our daily lives, Peter Attia and Bill Gifford with their expert knowledge and experiences allow us to envision our future through presenting us with an array of new, intelligent, eye-opening scopes of which also help us master what control our health to help us to find what drives us, at the core, to engender and maintain true, long-term H&H (health and happiness) in our lives.

A very detailed book. Peter Attia was instrumental in my taking longevity seriously. Now, I exercise aerobically and anaerobically several hours a week. Take my bloodwork seriously as well. I feel that I’ve added some extra time to my
life.
Well worth your time

Outstanding read. Informative. And humbling. Truly thought provoking.
Too long

This book was too long, too repetitive, too boring, and did not contain any new information. I expected to read something inspiring that reminded me about the importance of good habits and healthy living. This book made me want to throw caution to the wind. ;-)

Attia offers the reader a view on what the latest science tells us about exercise, nutrition, sleep, and emotional health. He gives specific ways to evaluate where you currently are, and the building blocks to create a plan to improve your odds of living a long and healthy life. This is the best medical book I’ve read in years. Highly recommended.

Interesting insights from someone I’ve been following since he appeared on TED. I continue to listen and read him regularly because he is evolving and not afraid to adjust his beliefs accordingly. I always loved how Dr Attia communicates ideas, clearly and concisely. This book was no different.
The best book I have ever read.

Thank you, Dr. Attia…loved your informative podcasts in the past, but this book hit a HOME RUN! Truly appreciate your great presentation of the science as I journey my own path in life!

Boring

This book was extremely boring. Nothing new or insightful. I don’t recommend.
Disappointing

This book is painfully long, has not as much practical advice as I was hoping, way too many “let’s talk about me” moments, and oftentimes it feels the author is just using more complicated-sounding names of things to sound disruptive and cool.
