Unlike most Compton novels, this book is not good. Ridiculous plot lines with holes in them big enough to drive a wagon through. A dog that seems clairvoyant and understand huge amounts of English. Sloppy writing that changes the plot's direction in just a sentence or two. This book must have been written for the money with little regard for the legacy of the author or title characters.
