Description

Bill Bryson explores the life and work of Shakespeare as a travelogue of sorts, narrating his quest for the Bard: his conversations with Shakespearean actors, with the curator of Shakespeare’s birthplace, with academics who have dedicated their lives to studying the plays and poems, and of course, reporting on his own exploits in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This doesn't seem to be the updated edition he has come out with. Please make it available here and I will buy it.

Though it's a good book and did enjoy reading it on the iPad immensely. How about that Apple or iBook publishers or whoever's responsible for pricing? What happened to the iTunes concept for books?

The book is great. Especially for ordinary people who don't know that much about William Shakespeare. Like me ;-) Would love to see more of this writer in epub format.

I just don't understand how ebooks cost more than print versions. I have this book, it's a good read, albeit brief, but why does this version cost more than one made of paper and ink that had to be constructed, shipped and sold by a building full of paid employees?
