No other book has ever done that to me lol. I recommended this to my cousin and little sister, and they both loved it- couldn’t put it down. Just start it!!Great book!

Some might say it feels like a period piece but the time placement in the story is more of the setting than anything else. 5By RobinTempIn my younger life I hated reading, so I ever intended to pick up this book my friend couldn’t stop talking about as if it was HER LIFE! I finally gave in one boring day and picked it up and started reading. Honestly? It was the first book I really ever read since HS where I used crypt notes. I started reading and instantly was drawn into this setting of character actions and I couldn’t put this book down. I read it in 2 days! I couldn’t stop I was addicted. I think if a reader can say that even after admitting that she absolutely hated reading, well it speaks volumes to how fast it pulls you into that world where you’re transformed into a life you wish you were part of. Nothing boring on any page. Talk about page turner WOW! I brought it everywhere until I was done, At which time when it was done, I really almost cried because I missed being taken out of my ordinary life and being put into this intriguing story of elegant surprise. I saw the movie too and although Armand assanti is one actor that Hollywood cheated out of a great mafia like figure he was so convincing and on the other side loving and protective of jackquiline Smiths character and you can’t help loving him despite his true identity of crime and you know how dangerous he is and as a lawyer, you’re scared to death of stepping-over the line to a wrong road. The mental fight was well illustrated but also readers understood why she could. I recommend this book highly. Read it and instantly be transformed into a love you want and your life becomes a struggle of witts. Besides this book, I’ve not found any other that had me in the world of love and compassion as well as right and knowing it was wrong. As I said, I never wanted it to end. Loved it!!!!!!Rage of angels

Even the memory of certain heart break bring me to tears as I write. Sheldon best work along with If Tomorrow Comes. It will stay with you long after you finish.The best!
