The Book That Real Estate Agents DON’T Want You To Read!

The introduction says it all. This book is for your "personal enjoyment only". The author, The For Sale by Owner Guy" is mad because Agents made more for their personal an professional liability in putting together transactions then this uneducated handyman made climbing through attics as a home inspector. He tried to be an agent for two yard but failed in the wake of those that are more successful, so he blames his failures on everyone else. The book was a free download, but a total waste of time to read. Garbage. You won't learn anything in this waste of time. Don't bother.

Who's going to take the liability when the transaction goes wrong? The seller? Does the seller know all the proper disclosures that are mandatory? Do yourself a favor and pay the REALTOR their commission now so you don't have to pay later when you (the seller) gets sued. The retainer for a lawyer is darn near what you would have paid the REALTOR in the first place. Don't think it can happen to you? Ask every Broker in your area how many times they have been sued, you'd be surprised.
