2By Disatisfied and disabusedI want to like it for the world building, but the pacing is off. There is no chemistry between the characters. The author was too caught up providing backstory/what’s going on inside the protagonist’s head to actually give the characters time to interact. Or maybe the author did create some chemistry, but I was too distracted by their use of toboggan when they meant turban.Great book series

The characters are well developed, and while the books stop short of being a true romance series, there's enough hot scenes to keep romance readers happy. Be prepared for a fast ride with lots of action - all dealt out by a wise cracking super hot female killer! Come on, what more could you possibly want!
