I finished the book in a matter of a few weeks which might be nothing to you Bookworms but Amazing to Me ! This book and the style in which it has been written completely had me enticed ! Could not put it down when I had the chance to read !A walking dead fan !!

5By pusfanThis book is great from beginning to end. So many great parts. All the characters are well developed. The arc of the governor is baffling. I never would of thought he came from such a scared guy, never killing anything, to where he ends up. This is a fantastic story.Must read

5By Kaplan 2012As a fan of AMC's The Walking Dead, I can honestly say The Governor is one of my favorite characters. Seeing how this character became the monster he is was so enlightening, and I am counting down to the last book in the trilogy, The Fall of the Governor. Here's hoping Jay and Robert do more prequels. I would love to learn more about Rick, Michonne, etc.Praise

4By Dirrty CraigIt occurred to me after reading a bunch of the comics... The TV show is just better. More detail in the storylines, more flesh to the characters etc... Now this book is great. Kirkman takes his Gov and gives us the whole backstory in a novel format that is much more comprehensive than some comics.. Great job. Gonna buy the next one now..Wow!
