Description
America is disintegrating. The "one Nation under God, indivisible" of the Pledge of Allegiance is passing away. In a few decades, that America will be gone forever. In its place will arise a country unrecognizable to our parents. This is the thrust of Pat Buchanan's Suicide of a Superpower, his most controversial and thought-provoking book to date.
Buchanan traces the disintegration to three historic changes: America's loss of her cradle faith, Christianity; the moral, social, and cultural collapse that have followed from that loss; and the slow death of the people who created and ruled the nation. And as our nation disintegrates, our government is failing in its fundamental duties, unable to defend our borders, balance our budgets, or win our wars.
How Americans are killing the country they profess to love, and the fate that awaits us if we do not turn around, is what Suicide of a Superpower is all about.

Suicide of a Superpower
5By AttapampOf course it is written by a conservative author. But, it should be required reading for every person who calls claims to be an American. Well written, well documented and compelling.Suicide, Too Much Truth!
5By thpmltEverybody should read this book. Especially those who disagree with Mr. Buchanan. The combination of war history, human nature among tribes and ethnic groups , our open borders, and politics of today present too much truth for some to handle. If we do not take heed now we will all lose America for ever. This book forces anyone with an open mind to take the blind fold off and see what is happening to our country. The historical references are phenomenal. Mr. Buchanan's research and back-up discussion is exceptional. This is too much truth about what is happening for our politically correct press to properly report on.Garbage?

5By 9845Simply stated, Pat Buchanan says what is true and needs to be said against the tide of rampant political correctness. He backs up his assertions and references the sources. Should be read especially by those who feel predisposed to disagree beforehand.
