I currently work as a Valet at a retirement community. I couldn’t afford college out of high school and got stopped by a salesman for leaffilter and he told me to give it a shot so I did. 5 years into sales and I have since sold almost every home improvement luxury there is. I figured if I’m going to sell I might as well sell the highest ticketed item on the market which led me to studying real estate. Sitting here today at 22 years old and being a Valet for all these old millionaires made me wonder what they did with their lives and I kid you not about 1 out of every 3 had told me real estate in one form or another. I’m on the journey to obtain my License for Georgia now, but I want to thank you Sean for doing this, for writing a book that even a decade later, still motivates and awakens my hunger for success. I was 11 years old when this book came out and I am sitting at my Valet podium on the job as I read the last page. If you are hungry for financial freedom and possess a desire to better yourself and those around you; Read this book.

Really great info but uses some terminology that isn’t beginner friendly. Some spelling errors here and there. Overall a nice introduction but does not go into great details or pitfalls to avoid. A nice map to strategize to build wealth by selling wholesale properties.

I like that fact he puts things in weekly plans, In order to accomplish all the task you need. Read this and get persuaded to do real estate investing period.

Simple and straightforward. I've gone through a few real estate investing programs and this book really ties it up nicely and gives simple steps of what to do once you succeed. I like that. Even with it being years old, it's still a killer book and it really helped my vision of real estate investing get simplified. It just worked for me. If you're reading this, just download it. It's free (as of Sept 2019). Also listened to the audio book as I read along so the info really would be cemented in.
