4By FragilexxdreamsI really love how the characters fall together. I felt the progression of Rae's character was very realistic, and the fact that she had so many flaws made her relatable. I have to agree with others that the ending could have been left hanging, but I loved the emotional turmoil. I cried my eyes out at the end, having felt so close to the character of Rae. Overall great series' minutes the grammatical errors and typos. At times it was frustrating trying to figure out what the author was trying to get across, but its worth it.Brilliant

5By SdfcatsThe first book in this series was weird at first , if your not used to these type of topics ,but it just shows that true love& friendship will overcome all that stands in the way. Thank you& I can't wait for the finale book in the series I know it will be the best yet and all will be ended quite nicely.Read it you will love it!!
5By I love the seriesThe only disappointment I have had is the grammatical errors in the book. But I am not sure if it is the author or programming to allow the book to be read on my phone. Otherwise I have been able to laugh and even somewhat cry with the characters, especially the ending of this book. Read them all, I thoroughly enjoyed being inside the fairy world with Rae and Breandon. Keep up the good work Penelope.More Awesomeness

There are still issues with the editing, which can make the reading jerky and cause you to loose your place in the story. (had to re-read paragraphs several times to understand what had happened) As long as the editing doesn't get any worse and the price is right, will continue to read.Satisfying as a big bowl of home made Mac 'n cheese

5By My kinda crackI read 1, 2, and 3 in a week it was so hard to put down. I'm sad to have to wait till summer of 2012 it's like taking crack from a addict lol but I can't wait! Great novels I got drawn in on the first few chapters of demon girl I defiantly recommend this to anyone who loves reading fantasy books :) Happy readingDemon dark

3By DigitalDeathToo slow in many instances Excessively long and repetitive descriptions seemed there only as page fillers. No real character growth until the epilogue. Too few simultaneous character threads gives a sense of lack of dimension to the story. Kind of dummy trick of "killing" the Rae character at the end and making sure everyone knows will be revived for the next book. In a way it shows the author being a bit of a newbie by doing so and missing opportunities to enrich the story with so many posible threads sort of like many possible "in the meantimes" lost for the other groups of characters. Those could help being more of a magnet for the next book. All in all not a bad book.Simply amazing

3By KryfssI can honestly say that I LOVED the first 2 books. Book 3, I liked. I found it very predictable and slow paced and I was annoyed with the lack of character growth of Rae (til the end) One of my fav things about reading is the description of details, but I felt that 3 pages worth of describing things that had already been was frustrating. This was a good book, I don't regret buying it but the ONLY reason I'll buy book 4 is solely based on the epilogue. She got me there.Summer 2012??
5By kkmd215I feel like I waited an eternity for Demon Dark to come out and now I have to wait another eternity for Demon Boy...I love the Rae Wilder novels, this book being the most emotional but also the best of the series. Thank you for having the power to make me love Rae as a character so much, that I cried at the ending of this book. But even more so, thank you for not sustaining that sadness in the last few pages and instead give the readers hope for the next book in the series!
