Here is the full list of 26 Americans cited by the Majlis Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy for violating human rights. The descriptions are those provided by the Fars news agency, which said they came from the Kazem Jalali, the spokesman for the committee. (The additional information in parentheses is from the Iran Times.) Former FBI Chief Director Thomas J. Pickard, for violations of human rights, including his involvement in the siege of the Branch Davidian complex in Waco, Texas, in 1993, and the death of over 80 of the cult's followers. He is also wanted for human rights violations during his tenure as the CIA station chief in Afghanistan and Iraq in 2003. (Pickard was acting FBI director for 71 days in 2001 before the September 11 attacks. He had nothing to do with the Branch Dividian case; at the time he was the FBI's chief of personnel in Washington, D.C. A career FBI officer, he was never with the CIA.)
