The Little Black Book for Lent 2011-2012
By Ken Untener & Catherine Haven
- Release Date: 2012-01-17
- Genre: Religion & Spirituality
Description
This Little Black Book is your companion for Lent 2011-2012. It’s an old-fashioned “vade mecum” (pronounced vahday maykum). That’s Latin for “travel with me” and was used to describe a book that was a constant companion – perhaps a condensed book of prayers for traveling priests, or a handbook for quick reference – something you could take with you anywhere.

Fantastic Companion For Lent!
5By chelmsyI have been searching for an additional resource for Lent and I think I found it. I am a regular subscriber to Magnificat and the Lenten companion; this is another great resource. A parishioner in my men's group had a copy of this and brought it to our attention today. This little book is filled with great digital enhancements; notes, font resizing, searching, bookmarks etc. which only adds to its usefulness. Please publish the little black book for all the liturgical seasons; it's great!Great little meditations
