Reviews
So glad I read the whole story
5By Victory100A great book for electronic media. Its long but I could pick up my phone and read at any time. It begins with a fanciful scenario of the three wise men. It shifts to the life of a Jewish man under the brutal dictatorship of Rome. It becomes a romance novel for awhile as his fortunes change, then leads us to the international context of Israel and the crucifixion of their King. Wallace magnifies the power of Christ by contrasting it with man’s meager power, even of what we would call great men.Ben Hur
5By GAP51Excellent retelling of the greatest story. A must read in advance of the remake of the epic classic movie of the same name.
