When I got home last night I finally got around to reading my own copy of Warrior Wisdom. I just have to say I love this book. Unlike Sammy's other instructional books, this is a book that you can just sit down and enjoy. Its loaded with great information. It is amazing at all the great quotes that are in this book. The thought provoking quotes are enough to get one thinking for days. Some are profound, some are intriguing, and others just make you go wow. To look into the mind of some of the greatest warriors and leaders in history is truly a wonderful experience. I love this book and can't wait to keep reading.

I'm so glad I own this. It can take years to a lifetime, to sum up an idea and/or concept in a simple sentence or phrase. I have not come across a book that covers combat and warrior-ship in this manner. Warrior Wisdom has quotes from people that I have never known about, and most likely would of never come across. Their wisdom would of been lost to me. I'm so glad I got this book. To say this book is great, would be an understatement. It's one of those books you can either read from cover to cover or flip open to a random page and still enjoy. If you're looking for specific types of quotes, it's grouped into themed chapters: Courage & Fear, Leadership, Tactics & Strategy, etc. It has the kind of quotes that you can ponder for some time. They will also give you great discussion topics to bring up with your Self Defense training buddies. You can just keep going back to these kind of quotes and find new understandings of them, new applications with them. Views into a world that you have not spent a lifetime to understand, like the people that authored them have. And there are a plethora of these jewels waiting in this book. I even typed/printed out some of the quotes and put them up on my wall. Great quotes. Great book.
