By Sheila Graham & Michael D. Morrison
- Release Date: 2012-06-11
- Genre: Bible Studies
Description
Who can find a woman of such worth? The description given in Proverbs 31 is a composite - no one person has all these abilities - but all people can have the greatest virtue. This e-book also contains vignettes of Miriam, Deborah, Bathsheba, and women in the ministry of Jesus. Two articles address the question of what roles women may have in the church today.
Reviews
Very Redundant
2By BlndJule74I was excited to read this book and love the information regarding some of the women in the Bible. However, about half-way through the book it started to repeat. It was as though the authors wrote their prospective parts without coordinating and then repeated themselves. It also is missing several important women from the Bible who should have been covered. Namely: Ruth, Esther, Hannah, and Rehab, just to name a few. In fact there are several women in Jesus linage that should have been mentioned and weren't. I hope in future updates you will take these important and beautiful women into account rather than just repeating the same information over and over to create a book.Proverbs 31
