Don't buy this book. It's not worth the money. You get less chapters then the free book (the 1st one) and there's not much substance to this book. I'm going to read the next book but only because I want to see if it gets better. Look for my next review on the next book but right now I wish I didn't buy this stupid book. Gezz I stayed up to read this book knowing I had to get up for work early in the morning and it was all for nothing. 😒😖

Enjoyed the reprieve the book gave me from the mundane world.

Haven't read this book yet but I'm about to. I loved the first one. But I'm worried about this one with some of the reviews. So fingers are crossed.

It's a pretty good book but I'm someone who pays attention to grammar and it's ridiculous that she is a published author and some of her sentences don't make sense. Along with the fact that it seems as though she forgets what she has written in previous chapters. Example: Shade's mother Jade told her and Brenton that all of them are part fire witch, so why does Shade asks, in another chapter, if her mom knew that they could use fire and if not they had to tell her. It was just irritating to read stuff like that.

The story line is good...that's the only reason I stick with it...sentence structure is terrible, Shade is an airhead and the writer needs to learn the definition of a few of the adjectives she throws around, lol.... I'm pretty sure Shade's mother didn't acquire dreadlocks after a shower... This writer needs to acquire the talents of a decent editor with knowledge of English grammar. Oh, one other small thing....the Fey using teenage slang is very disconcerting....oh please! SueB
