5By JS3GI rarely give a five star review. Most romances don't deserve it. Because hunters story is so compelling I decided to splurge on the five stars. The love story is a take on the typical beauty and the beast theme with snarky humor from the heroine and self loathing from the hero. His story is painful but their relationship is extraordinary. I read the first book in this series but it is not necessary to read in order to understand this plot line. I found this second installment to be much better than the first.Loved it!
