I truly believe all of the ideas in this book. It’s a short, but powerful read. I hope to use these ideas and strategies in my life to change myself and better my life. I feel very empowered from reading the authors own story and can relate to their feelings of negativity. I hope I can change my life just as they have. With this book as an inspiration.

This book has really helped me. I’m sending it to my niece Her daughter has been suffering with bi polar episodes and now Mom has breast cancer. That’s a lot to deal with. I’m hoping this helps her as much as it is helping me. God Bless them both. It’s a big load.

It is perfect for exactly what I am teaching a good friend of mine. Now she can also read it alongside of what I have been helping her to learn.

It helped me to understand what the problem is with my own life experience in general but it also helped me to learn how to deal with it better than anyone could have been able to learn from my own experiences.

This book is amazing! We all have room for improvement, and this book shows exactly what we all can improve on. As well as how to take responsibility for our actions. While building a system to hold ourselves accountable! If you feel depressed and gloomy but don’t know why this is the book for you!
  • Needs to not focus on the man as the issue

This book was good but later on it became apparent that they are gearing this book to women or they have an issue with men. They make a lot of assumptions that “he/him” is the problem with no helping do chores around the house. I don’t think they understand that some men do most of the chores (cooking, cleaning, trash, etc.) compared to women in their house. Change your terms to be they/them so it applies to either side depending who is reading the book.
