This book will really get them thinking about how they use their crayons and creativity. We can also revisit this book for character point of view and letter writing.Cute, kid witty & funny!

I thought my son would love it....but he isn't necessarily ready for the responsibility of taking care of books. Figuring out it was here, was a great treat. I can read it to him and still keep the book intact. The book of course is clever, cute and humorous at times. We loved it!The Day the Crayons Quit

4By Mx mom of 2My kids love this story. My 1st grader came home from school asking for this book because his teacher read it in class. Colorful, creative and funny! The only setback is the text itself. I get the author was going for the look of the crayons writing the letters but it being so sloppy and a mix of cursive and print made it difficult for my son to read it himself. Especially since they aren't even teaching cursive at that young an age. But both my boys love the story.Every Page Makes You Smile
