5By TjermineI am so happy I decided to purchase this book as it was short, easy to read and very helpful in my contemplation of becoming a real estate agent. The author beautifully explained the pros and cons and this is something I have to still consider, however at least I have a better understanding on becoming a real estate agent. Definitely worth the 10$.A must "read"!
