A end to greet beginnings
5By eastinson13I started this series as a boy and at long last conclude this epic as my first child draws closer to being born. I feel as if a part of me is ending to greet the new adventures of fatherhood. Thank you for this, your stories mean more to me than even I can know.A new beginning

I have read each an every book and the wonderful world, history, and characters Feist has created and woven together so intricately do not disappoint one last time. 5By LammjrI have been reading Mr. Feist's books for years always waiting for the next book of the series to come out, I have enjoyed reading them and will deeply miss reading any further since this was his last of the rift war / serpent war sagas. The series was filled with so much adventure that most of the time I would feel as if I were in there also participating in the adventure, it was always hard to put the book down to continue reading the next day. I hope he comes up with a similar type of novel soon if he continues to write, I will look forward to that. Thank you Raymond Feist for all the years of adventure, they were and still are the best.Unbelievable!!
5By High Noon's #1 FanThe Magician's Apprentice is the first fantasy book I've ever read, and I have been reading fantasy books ever since. I have read every book in the series and after all these years it is finally over. I feel a great sense of sorrow that the story has ended, but I also feel a great sense of joy and completion at the way Mr. Feist has ended such an amazing series of books.Entertaining as always
4By Chucked it, never workedFeist knocked another one out of the park. This one tied up the story well and kept me engaged. My only complaint would be that the climax seemed a little pressed and strangled. I'm guessing it was an edit issue. The lead in and foreshadowing for the next book seems promising. I can't wait!A Fitting End!
