Good dialogue, fun and quirky characters !!
4By Lse587Great book for the college age / young adult reader. Not just timeless, but should appeal to all ages. We've all been young. This story felt like it was targeting younger women, appealing to a younger crowd. A generation that idolizes celebrities, yearns for and obsesses over material things, but doesn't have a plan for EARNING these items, and strives to attain th Emma and Carter are the main characters who meet and the sparks fly! They come to an agreement ...then have a big disagreement and break up. The book then runs with the story of the three main characters...Emma, Carter, and Bass. Bass is a movie star who starts to date Emma when she and Carter broke up. If you like a book with good dialogue, quirky / funny moments, and solid characters, this is a must read. I received this book as an ARC and I volunteered this review.Bad
1By straighttalker198Good guy character but a slut girl!! Emma is a slut she plays bass then moves back to carter!! Never giving bass a fair shot at her after she claims to hate carter!!!!Wow!!

Team Carter...Team Bass...Team Carter...Team Bass! After finishing Scornfully Yours I am still torn!! Both Carter & Bass love & want Emma but both of them have their flaws...A must read & can't wait to start reading the rest of the books in the Torn Series!!Addicted
5By Mary02-12I downloaded this book a while ago but left it on the side. Started reading Sunday night and finished Tuesday morning... I have a job! Needless to say I was addictive to the whole story and had to keep reading in any spare minute. Now to book #2!!!Wooah!
4By twizz-yCrazy addictive! Cant get enough of Emma and the girls constant conundrums! Be sure to read Lily's Mistake after this book since some of the characters cross over even though its a different series!Good book but annoyed that the complete series isn't available on iBooks
4By RSX-EI first read the Chasing series by this author and really liked them- so I decided to give her other series a try. I really liked this book-hot scenes, good character development, just enough drama. But I am unbelievably annoyed that the prequel, book #3, and book #4 are not available as iBooks.... The prequel and book #3 I had to download on the nook app and then #4 is only available for kindles... How inconvenient and poorly thought-out. So since you can only get this one and #2 as iBooks I probably wouldn't have wasted me time and started reading this series that I have to read on three different apps. If the next book in the Chasing Series ends up not being available as an iBook as well then I'm just going to give up on the author all together- decent books(written well enough) but not worth the senseless hassle.Awesome read
