It has been months since this problem has been going on. This shows a lack of care for your customers who just want purchase the next chapter so they can move onto the rest of the story. So essentially you are just refusing money that people want to pay you for your product just because you are either being lazy or you just don't care.

This is actually issue #12 (which is now absent from the store). Great series, just want to be able to see what's next! Please fix ASAP. UPDATE Now that both issue 12 and 13 are out I was able to view the actual #13 after deleting it from my library. This has honestly been one of the best issues to come out so far (possibly the best). I did have to repurchase issue 12 but that's $.99 that would have been spent anyways. Just please don't let this happen again.

You would think after the COUNTLESS post about this saying it is downloaded but no one can pull it up SOMEONE would have fixed this by now!!!!! WTH!!!!!

To correct this problem. Those that want to download this you have to delete issue number 12 then you will be able to download this issue which will replace your issue 12. Then yes you do have to repay for issue 12 but the problem is fixed. Disclaimer: this is just advice from a frustrated fan do this at your own risk and expense. I just bit the bullet and did it. Make sure that issue 12 is ready to buy at the store beforehand. You can wait to see if they will address or correct this problem but I highly doubt it. This is unacceptable and if this problem happens again it will be reported to the better business bureau. It is unacceptable that I have to go to tech support and got the run around cause this problem did not want to be addressed, and be forced to buy a comic twice for it to work properly. P.s. tech support did try their best. Thank you for putting up with me I know there is only a few things you are limited to do.

This is an injustice that we can't get issue #13

I bought all the injustice comics so far and like everybody else it says I bought even though I haven't also it says that issue 12 is dollar when its already in my iBooks library acting like i haven't purchased that one even though I have it. Please fix this ! Game comes out Tuesday and just like everybody else I need to know the prequel !

I couldn't get issue 13 either. I went to my iBooks library and hit edit, selected issue 12 and hit delete is asked if I wanted to delete or delete this copy. I chose delete this copy. When it was done issue 12 was still in my library with the iCloud icon. I clicked on issue 12 and it renown loaded to my library, still showing the issue 12 cover but when opened was issue 13. So if you'd like to read issue 13 I suggest this method. Hope it works for all of you. Enjoy

I assume its going to be yet another 5 star issue, but I cant read it until you fix the bugs so I can actually download it. It says I already have but I haven't even paid for it yet.

Issue is broken, says I already purchased, won't download or open, please fix!

I had bought it and it was downloaded. I tried to sync it to my iPod, and it said it was. I tried to pull it up and I couldn't find it. I deleted it from my computer, and it still says it's downloaded. It needs to be fixed by Monday! PS The game comes out Tuesday!

How do you have issues 1-11 and then 13 where is 12 can you put it up please instead of leaving pieces out

It says I already purchase and download it, but I NEVER DID! So I went on the App Store on my Mac Book, bought it but it says I can only open it on my iBooks back on my iPhone. AAHHHHH!!! Come on DC or Apple! FIX THIS ASAP!! My Wednesday is NOT complete without my Injustice.
