When Nikki makes her valedictorian speech, she decides to speak the truth, which exposes a deep dark secret at the school. How will the administration, parents, students, and the community take it? Will this put the schools’ reputation on the line? Will this be the beginning of the end for Nikki? A highly emotional book that looks at the implications of what happens when a shocking secret is exposed at a private school graduation. A wonderfully written book that weaves in important social issues as well as the struggles and effects of loss and grief into an engaging and entertaining story! Absolutely loved it! A great book for book clubs as this will lead to many great discussions!
