5By 1kmc1I truly enjoy the Bibliophiles series. Good fun, some danger and great family involved. I do miss the love affair between Brooklyn and Derek, it’s so platonic that they are almost like brother and sister. And, this time a mystery wasn’t solved, the foreign bank account. Could have added another great zing to the story. I absolutely love Rebecca,best of the bunch. Look forward to another book.Cozy holiday story
5By emmabrace19I looooooved this 17th (how is that possible?!) installment in the Bibliophile Mysteries by Kate Carlisle. It’s a cozy mystery and this particular one is set in Scotland as Brooklyn the bookbinder tries to solve the case of twelve missing books while hanging out in a Scottish castle waiting for her friend Claire to marry the Laird. It was funny, cute, and full of Christmas cheer (as well as a Scottish holiday, Hogmanay!). Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for something cozy!
