However, Logan seems to vacillate between annoyingly sniveling and irritatingly egocentric. When he fails to appear one morning Dulcie learns that he never woke up. Someone doesn’t seem to think he’s worth all the trouble, and Dulcie needs to find out who. 

A Mind Within (Book 4): While planning a new exhibit for the Maine Museum of Art, Dr. Dulcinea Chambers encounters Xander Bellamy, a talented yet troubled young artist. An autistic savant, he stopped communicating when his father confessed to the murder of Xander's grandfather. Detective Nicholas Black thought the case was closed until Dulcie found compelling evidence that the real killer is still at large.
